1. Slack in the angulation mechanism

2. Leakage detected at the 16cm mark of the insertion tube due to physical damage.

3. Overall deterioration and buckling of the insertion tube.

4. Leakage detected at Switch #1

5. Compromised integrity at the junction between the distal end and biopsy channel due to deterioration

● Repair Details :

– Insertion tube unit replacement

– Control body section relubrication and mechanical backlash adjustment

– Switch #1 rubber cover replacement

– Reattachment and re-bonding of the biopsy channel and distal end
