2. Overall deterioration and buckling of the insertion tube.

3. Surface contamination on the distal CCD cover glass and LG lenses.

4. Missing EL connector retaining pin.

● Repair Details :

– Insertion tube unit replacement.

– Control body section relubrication and mechanical backlash adjustment.

– Precision cleaning and optical polishing of the distal lenses.

– Assembled and secured the EL connector retaining pin.
